  With more than 32 years in the SAP® ecosystem, Sylvia has shaped the partner community like few others. She has delivered over 100 project engagements across  SAP® ECC, SAP® S/4HANA Public & Private Editions, SAP® ByDesign, and SAP® LoB solutions.

Sylvia co-founded and served as Co-Chair of SAP®’s Partner Led Partner Advisory Council (PAC) for 13 years, giving partners a strong collective voice. She has held operational leadership of a top SAP® VAR, co-founded an award-winning SAP® reseller, and led multiple LoB start-ups as well as M&A due diligence.

Known for her ability to bridge strategy with execution, Sylvia has also developed innovative IP to close gaps in the SAP Business ByDesign® ecosystem. She is widely respected for her operational expertise, ecosystem leadership, and unwavering commitment to partner success. 

Andrew brings over 17 years of experience in the SAP® industry and a track record of launching and scaling successful practices. He has led more than 60 SAP® engagements across SAP® ECC, SAP® Cloud ERP, SAP Business ByDesign®, SAP Business One®, and SAP® LoB solutions. 

As a recognized voice in the SAP® community, Andrew has co-chaired SAP®’s Partner-Led Partner Advisory Council (PAC), co-authored an SAP® PRESS book, and served as a leader within a United VARs CoE. Over the course of his career, he has held operational leadership roles at several top SAP® VARs, where he guided multiple LoB start-ups and M&A initiatives.
